The Hungarocopter project was created to develop a widely available light helicopter.
The idea was born in 2007, and as the continuous design development progressed, more and more sophisticated solutions, main and component constructions were developed.
In 2010, the HC-01 with high technical content and innovative solutions was completed. As the first ultralight helicopter designed and manufactured in Hungary, it received a flight permit from the Hungarian Aviation Authority. Later, several pieces of this type were sold on the Hungarian and international markets.
